Please include enough information for us to locate your record, such as:

- Phone number used on the form
- Property address (if applicable)
- Approximate date you submitted the quote form
Identity verification: We may request additional information to verify you are the person connected to the data before processing the deletion.
What We Do After Receiving Your Request
After verifying your request, we will delete eligible data from our active systems, which may include:
- Website form entries
- Internal lead and customer records
- Entries stored in our internal Google Sheet used for quote intake
- Associated records in our customer management systems
Timeline: We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days, unless we need additional time due to legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.
Data We May Retain (Exceptions)
We may retain certain information where legally required or where necessary for:
- Completing ongoing insurance services, active policies, or transactions you have requested
- Complying with insurance regulatory requirements, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations

Important — flood insurance underwriters: Data shared with flood insurance underwriters (e.g., Lloyd’s of London Syndicates, NFIP/FEMA) for the purpose of policy issuance and regulatory compliance may be subject to the underwriter’s own retention requirements and may not be eligible for deletion by us.
Any retained data will continue to be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
